• “Product” refers to any pet-related goods, accessories, or services listed on Lazadog.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms;

• Are at least 18 years old; and

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Lazadog reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.

3. Nature of Lazadog’s Service

Lazadog.com operates as a pet lifestyle marketplace and dropshipping facilitator — connecting Buyers with third-party Sellers across Southeast Asia.

• Lazadog does not own or manufacture most of the products listed on the Platform.

• Each transaction is a contract between the Buyer and the Seller, with Lazadog acting as a facilitator.

• We monitor Sellers to ensure compliance with our Seller Policy and maintain service standards.

While we strive to curate trustworthy partners, Lazadog is not directly liable for product quality, safety, or fulfillment delays caused by third-party Sellers.

4. Account Registration

To make purchases or sell products, you must create a Lazadog account.
You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• Keep your login credentials confidential.

• Be responsible for all activities under your account.

Lazadog may suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

5. Product Listings and Pricing

• Prices displayed are in the local currency (including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise).

• Product information is provided by Sellers. While Lazadog strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee that listings are error-free.

• In case of pricing errors or system issues, Lazadog reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue refunds.

6. Orders, Payment & Fulfillment

• Orders placed through the Platform are confirmed only upon successful payment.

• Lazadog uses secure payment gateways and does not store full credit card details.

• Shipping and handling times vary by Seller and destination.

• Tracking information will be provided once available.

If a Seller fails to fulfill an order, Lazadog may intervene to issue a refund or alternative resolution.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our return and refund process follows Lazadog’s Return Policy and Seller Policy.

• Buyers must submit return requests within the specified period.

• Sellers are responsible for defective, incorrect, or damaged items.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once validated.

Certain products (e.g., perishable pet food, custom items) are not eligible for return.

8. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers using the Platform must comply with the Lazadog Seller Policy, including:

• Product safety, authenticity, and accuracy

• Compliance with local laws and import/export regulations

• Timely order fulfillment and customer service

Lazadog reserves the right to remove listings, hold payments, or suspend Seller accounts for violations.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post or sell illegal, unsafe, or counterfeit products

• Misuse the Platform (e.g., spam, scams, or data scraping)

• Impersonate Lazadog staff or other users

• Circumvent platform fees or conduct off-platform sales

• Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious software

Lazadog may take legal or technical action to protect the integrity of its services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Lazadog.com, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Lazadog and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

Sellers retain rights to their brand names and product images but grant Lazadog a limited license to use such materials for marketing and operational purposes.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us.
All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Lazadog’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We do not sell or rent user data.
Information is shared only with trusted partners (e.g., logistics, payment providers) to complete transactions securely.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Lazadog is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant transaction.

• Lazadog does not guarantee uninterrupted access, as occasional maintenance or third-party disruptions may occur.

Lazadog may suspend or terminate your access if:

• The Platform is discontinued or restructured.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to that date.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
