Welcome to Lazadog. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Lazadog.com and purchases made through our website.

In these terms, “Lazadog,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of Lazadog.com. “You” refers to customers, sellers, and other website users.

Please read these terms before creating an account or placing an order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

1. About Our Services

Lazadog offers an online shopping platform for dog and cat food, treats, accessories, and everyday pet essentials.

Products may be sold directly by Lazadog or by participating third-party sellers. The seller responsible for a product will be identified in the listing or order information.

Where a third-party seller supplies a product, that seller is responsible for its listing accuracy, product quality, and fulfillment. Lazadog assists with platform services and customer support and remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not, a parent or legal guardian must complete purchases on your behalf.

You agree to provide accurate account, delivery, and contact information and keep it current.

Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must not impersonate another person or use payment details without authorization.

3. Product Information

We and our sellers aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, prices, and availability information.

Packaging may change, and colors may appear differently across devices. These variations must not materially alter the product’s advertised characteristics. Any material substitution requires your agreement.

Before purchasing, review the product’s size, quantity, ingredients, intended use, storage instructions, and relevant warnings.

Product descriptions and general pet-care content are informational and do not replace professional veterinary advice.

4. Prices and Payments

The applicable currency, product price, delivery charges, and any additional charges will be shown before you confirm your purchase.

You are responsible for reviewing the final order total and using an authorized payment method. Any currency conversion or additional fee imposed by your bank or payment provider is subject to that provider’s terms.

If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you with an explanation and available options. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If the order is cancelled, any payment collected for the cancelled items will be refunded.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; acceptance occurs when we or the seller explicitly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods.

Before acceptance, an order may be declined for a reasonable reason, including unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and arrange a refund of any amount collected for the unfulfilled portion. Accepted orders remain subject to applicable contractual and consumer rights.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Available delivery destinations, charges, and estimated timeframes will be displayed during checkout or communicated before purchase.

Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances such as public holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions. We will help investigate significant delays and explain the available resolution.

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Any additional charge arising from a requested address change or redelivery will be explained before it is incurred.

Please report missing parcels or delivery damage promptly to hello@lazadog.com. Our use of third-party carriers does not remove responsibilities imposed by applicable law.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains how to request a cancellation, return, replacement, or refund.

Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the appropriate address and instructions.

Restrictions on voluntary change-of-mind returns do not remove rights relating to defective, unsafe, incorrect, or misdescribed products, or other rights provided by law.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may have specific eligibility rules, expiry dates, minimum purchase amounts, or product exclusions. These conditions will be disclosed with the offer.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. Fraudulent use, unauthorized distribution, or manipulation of promotions may result in the affected benefit being withdrawn.

Changes to promotional offers will not retrospectively alter valid accepted orders.

9. Reviews and User Content

Reviews and other submitted content must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful material, harassment, misleading claims, or unauthorized personal information.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you grant Lazadog a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and format it as necessary to operate and present the relevant website features.

We may moderate content that violates these terms. Reviews will not be removed solely because they express a negative opinion.

Any paid, gifted, or otherwise incentivized review must clearly disclose that relationship.

10. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

You must not use Lazadog to commit fraud, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, infringe intellectual property rights, or collect personal information without authorization.

Website branding, designs, text, images, and software belong to Lazadog or their respective owners. You may use the website for its intended shopping and account functions. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected.

Information necessary to fulfill orders or resolve issues may be shared with the relevant seller, delivery provider, or payment provider as described in that policy.

Acceptance of these terms does not constitute blanket consent to unrelated marketing or optional data processing.

12. Service Availability and Responsibility

We take reasonable steps to maintain the website, but access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, or events beyond our reasonable control.

If a disruption affects an order, payment, or account, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve it.

Each party remains responsible for its acts and omissions as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Account Restrictions

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, address security threats, or respond to a material breach of these terms.

Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to request a review. Urgent restrictions may be imposed without advance notice.

Account suspension or closure does not extinguish valid refund claims, outstanding order obligations, or other accrued rights.

14. Complaints and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that otherwise apply.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, either party may use the competent courts or available consumer dispute-resolution channels. Contacting support is not a prerequisite to exercising statutory rights.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services or applicable requirements. Updated terms will be published on this page, with an effective date and reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate.

Changes will generally apply prospectively. The terms applicable when an order was accepted will continue to govern that order unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
