Welcome to Lazadog.com, ASEAN’s leading pet lifestyle platform.
By registering as a Seller, Partner, or Supplier on Lazadog.com (“Platform”), you agree to the following Seller Policy.
These terms ensure fair, transparent, and responsible operations for all parties — Sellers, Customers, and Lazadog.
To sell on Lazadog.com, you must:
Be a registered business entity with a valid local business license (or equivalent permit).
Provide accurate company, tax, and banking information for verification.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your operating country.
Maintain an active and reliable supply chain suitable for dropshipping fulfillment.
All Sellers must:
List products truthfully and accurately, with correct:
Titles, descriptions, attributes, sizes, and materials
Images that clearly represent the actual product
Pricing in local currency (VAT/GST inclusive where required)
Only list pet-related, animal-safe, and legally permitted products.
Not sell prohibited items such as:
Live animals, endangered species, or animal parts
Medications, illegal supplements, or veterinary drugs without license
Counterfeit or misleading branded products
Lazadog reserves the right to suspend or remove listings violating these rules.
Lazadog operates primarily under a dropshipping fulfillment structure.
This means:
Sellers are responsible for packing and shipping orders directly to customers within the stated handling time.
Tracking information must be uploaded within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
Orders must be shipped using trusted logistics providers with tracking capability.
Sellers must ensure accurate stock updates and avoid out-of-stock cancellations.
Late shipments or high cancellation rates may result in penalties or account suspension.
All items must meet Lazadog’s Pet Safety & Quality Standards:
Non-toxic, pet-safe materials
Proper labeling and expiration dates (for food or consumables)
Sellers must honor a minimum 7-day return/refund policy for defective, incorrect, or damaged products.
Repeated customer complaints or poor product quality may lead to removal from the Platform.
Lazadog may charge commission fees, transaction fees, and/or marketing service fees based on category and campaign.
Sellers must not inflate product prices or manipulate shipping costs to bypass commission fees.
Any participation in sales campaigns or vouchers must comply with Lazadog’s promotional rules.
Sellers must:
Respect trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights.
Only list products that they have authorization to sell or distribute.
Not misuse Lazadog’s logo, branding, or product data outside the Platform.
Violations will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
Lazadog provides a centralized customer support system for order disputes.
Sellers are required to respond to dispute inquiries within 48 hours.
Refunds due to product issues (e.g., damage, incorrect item) are the Seller’s responsibility.
Refunds due to customer error (e.g., wrong size, change of mind) follow Lazadog’s standard return policy.
To maintain a healthy marketplace, Sellers are expected to achieve:
On-time shipment rate: ≥ 95%
Order cancellation rate: ≤ 2%
Customer rating: ≥ 4.0 / 5
Response time: within 24 hours on working days
Failure to meet these standards may result in temporary suspension or account termination.
Sellers are strictly prohibited from:
Contacting customers outside Lazadog’s system
Diverting sales off-platform
Manipulating reviews or ratings
Uploading false tracking numbers
Engaging in unethical or deceptive practices
Lazadog reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate seller accounts that:
Breach this Seller Policy or the Lazadog Seller Agreement
Violate local regulations or customer protection laws
Show repeated non-compliance in performance metrics
Sellers must comply with applicable data protection laws (PDPA, GDPR, etc.).
Customer data accessed via the Platform may only be used for order fulfillment and after-sales service — not for marketing or resale purposes.
Lazadog may update this Seller Policy at any time.
All changes will be communicated through the Seller Dashboard or via email.
Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
